Appalachian State at South Carolina 11/9/19 - NCAAF Picks & Predictions

The No. 20 ranked Appalachian State Mountaineers visit Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, South Carolina to play the South Carolina Gamecocks on Saturday. The Mountaineers fell to 7-1 following a 24-21 upset loss to Georgia Southern on Thursday night. Appalachian State could not stop the Eagles triple-option defense. Zac Thomas rallied the Mountaineers with two touchdown passes in the fourth quarter, but the last two Mountaineers drives ended with no points scored.

South Carolina defeated Vanderbilt 24-7 on Saturday. The win improved the Gamecocks to 4-5 on the season. South Carolina is 3-4 in SEC play and sits in fourth place in the East division.
