Wyoming at Air Force 1/18/21 - College Basketball Picks & Predictions

Clune Arena will play host to a Monday night college basketball clash between the Wyoming Cowboys and the Air Force Falcons. The Cowboys (7-5) are looking to snap a four-game skid and rank 81st in the nation in scoring (78.1 ppg). On Saturday, Wyoming missed seven of their 12 free-throw attempts and turned the ball over 15 times during a 72-69 road loss against Air Force.

Wyoming G Marcus Williams tallied a team-high 15 points on 5-for-11 shooting and dished out five assists. Hunter Maldonado added 14 points and seven rebounds for the Cowboys.

The Air Force Falcons have dropped five of their first seven Mountain West Conference games and rank near the bottom of the nation in scoring (59.0 ppg). During Saturday’s three-point victory, Air Force outscored Wyoming by 11 points in the second half. The Falcons (4-7) connected on 8-for-20 from long range and shot 53 percent overall.

Air Force G Chris Joyce led all scorers with 21 points on an 8-for-10 shooting performance. Ameka Akaya contributed 15 points and six rebounds off the bench for the Falcons.
