Last year the Broncos only ended up posting a 13-19 record on the year overall and did not look that impressive. The other thing that the Broncos did not really do was play that well in the MAC which ended up leading to them getting a 6-12 record overall. Clayton Bates is coming into the first year as the head coach for Western Michigan.

The Broncos last season were able to only get a total of 67 points per game. The defense for Western Michigan allowed a total of 72.7 points a game. The rebounding for Western Michigan ended up with a total of 34.6 boards a game, but did struggle in the passing with a total of 10.8 assist a game.

The Bulldogs are bringing back a total of 3 starters for a team that ended up going 22-9. The downside is none of the starters for the Bulldogs ended up putting in double digits in the games they played in on a consistent basis. The Bulldogs are being led by LaVall Jordan who is coming back for his 4th year as the head coach.

Last year the Butler team ended up scoring a total of 68.5 points a game. The defense for Butler only allowed 62.1 points a game. The Bulldogs were able to get a total of 34.8 boards per game, but when it came to passing the ball the Butler team ended up getting 12.7 assist a game.

Western Michigan is going to come into the game here and struggle to score against what has proven to be a great defense from Butler. Look for the Bulldogs to come to the game here and dominate the Broncos who are unable to do much offensively, but for Butler to have what has ended up being a normal offensive day for the team. Final Score Prediction, Butler Bulldogs win and cover ATS 70-49.
