Pac 12 Conference foes will clash on Wednesday night, when the Utah Utes visit Alaska Airlines Arena to take on the Washington Huskies.

The Utes are three games above .500 overall and currently in third place in the conference standings. On Saturday, Utah had no answers defensively during a 98-87 home loss versus Arizona State. The Utes were out rebounded by a 35-29 margin and allowed the Sun Devils to shoot 54 percent from the field.

Parker Van Dyke and Sedrick Barefield scored 17 points apiece to lead Utah. Freshman F Timmy Allen added 13 points and seven rebounds in a losing effort for the Utes.
The Washington Huskies have won 11 of their 12 conference games and appear to be a lock to capture the regular season Pac 12 title. On Saturday, Noah Dickerson’s tip-in with 25 seconds remaining lifted Washington to a 72-70 victory at Washington State. The Huskies forced 19 turnovers and shot 48 percent from the floor.

Sophomore G Jaylen Nowell led Washington with 20 points on an 8-for-16 shooting performance. Noah Dickerson contributed 18 points and ten rebounds for the Huskies.

Washington has won 13 of their previous 14 games and are sitting pretty with a 20-5 overall record. The Huskies rank 31st in the nation in scoring defense and the Utes have been struggling on that end of the floor lately. Take Washington to win and cover at home.
