The UT Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros visit Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas on Wednesday to play the No. 19 ranked Texas Longhorns in the opening game of the college basketball regular season for both. UT Rio Grande Valley has been picked to finish third in the Western Athletic Conference. The Vaqueros are led by guard Javen Levi who has won WAC Defensive Player of the Year in each of the last two seasons. The forward is expected to make an immediate impact down low in the paint for the Longhorns. Brown is known for his athleticism and his ability to block shots. Brown will become one of the top rim protectors for the Longhorns.
