The UMass Lowell River Hawks visit Value City Arena in Columbus, Ohio on Sunday to play the No. 18 ranked Ohio State Buckeyes. The River Hawks (1-1) defeated Long Island University on Friday 87-74 as Christian Lutete poured in 51 points for UMass in the win. Ohio State opened its season with a 64-56 victory over Cincinnati. The Buckeyes (1-0) gradually separated from the Bearcats in the second half to win by eight. The Buckeyes trailed 25-19 at the half but outscored Cincy in the second half 45-30.

Young is the only Ohio State player averaging double figures in scoring following a game in which the Buckeyes scored just 64 points.
