Utah has lost its last two games, most recently falling on the road 80-62 to drop their record on the season to 14-11.

Leading Utah is sophomore forward Timmy Allen who is averaging a team-high 17.6 points and 7.2 rebounds. Allen also adds 3 assists per game which is second on the team. Freshman point guard Rylan Jones leads the team in assists with 4.6 per game while adding 10.5 points per game. 

Utah comes in allowing 69.9 points per game ranking 193rd in scoring defense while allowing opponents to shoot 43.6% from the field ranking 218th in defensive shooting percentage. UCLA is solid on offense and defense but Utah statistically is the better team on both ends. The first time these teams met, UCLA dominated Utah winning 73-57. Utah has really struggled on the road this season and is just 1-8 on the year, but is a very good team at home with their only loss coming to the highly ranked Oregon Ducks.
