UCLA at Oregon State 2/26/22 - College Basketball Picks & Predictions

The UCLA Bruins will continue a conference road trip Saturday afternoon with the game in Corvallis, OR against the Oregon State Beavers. UCLA comes into Saturday ranked number 12 in the nation currently in 3rd place in the PAC 12 after a five point loss to Oregon ended a three game win streak. Offensively UCLA was terrible against Oregon making only 36.8% of their shots and 16.7% from beyond the arc leading to the five point loss.

Tyger Campbell led the way for the UCLA offense with twelve points on 5. of 12 shooting in 32 minutes on the floor. Jamie Jaquez Jr. chipped in 10 points as the only other starter in double figures and Cody Riley added a team high 12 points in 26 minutes off the bench.

The Oregon State Beavers will play their second consecutive home game Saturday afternoon as the worst team in the PAC 12 writing a 13 game losing streak after a 3 point double overtime loss to USC. Defensively Oregon State struggled as USC made 44.6% of their shots to score 94 points in the game including 19 in the double overtime period.

Offensively Oregon State shot the ball extremely well converting on 53.8% of their shots and 50% from beyond the arc but turned the ball over 18 times in route to the last. Dashawn Davis had his best game of the season for Oregon State making 14 of 24 shots to score a team high 31 points.
