Texas State finished the regular season 21-7 and was defeated by the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns 79-72 in the quarterfinals of the Sun Belt Conference tournament a week ago this past Saturday. Texas State had its nine-game winning streak snapped in the loss to Louisiana.
