Temple at Penn 1/25/20 - College Basketball Picks & Predictions

The Temple Owls visit The Palestra in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday to play the Penn Quakers. The Owls fell to 10-8 overall and 2-5 in the American Athletic Conference following an 89-82 loss to the Cincinnati Bearcats on Wednesday.
