The San Diego State Aztecs visit Taco Bell Arena in Boise, Idaho on Saturday to play the Boise State Broncos. The Aztecs rallied to beat CSU Northridge on Tuesday 65-60 to improve on the season to 8-5. San Diego State received the go-ahead basket from 3-point range from Jeremy Hemsley with just under two-minutes remaining and hung on for the 5-point win.
Boise State improved to 6-8 on the season following its 69-55 win over Wyoming on Wednesday. the Broncos were led by Alex Hobbs with 17 points, seven rebounds and six assists. The game was the Mountain West Conference opener for Boise State.
Devin Watson leads the Aztecs in scoring and assists with averages of 15.3 points and 5.4 assists per game. Jalen McDaniels is second in scoring and the leader in rebounding with averages of 14.8 points and 7.5 rebounds per game.
