The Princeton Tigers visit Stuart C. Siegel Center in Richmond, Virginia on Tuesday to play the VCU Rams in the first round of the NIT. Princeton was defeated by the Yale Bulldogs in the championship game of the Ivy League tournament on Sunday. The leading scorer for Princeton was Tosan Evbuomwan with 20 points, while Jaelin Llewellyn scored 18 points. Princeton finished the regular season 23-6 and had won eight straight prior to losing to Yale.

Tosan Evbuomwan is leading Princeton in scoring and assists with averages of 15.8 points and 5.0 assists per game, while Ethan Wright is the leading rebounder with an average of 6.9 rebounds per game. The Rams shot 49.0% and were equal in rebounds with Richmond at 28 apiece, with the big difference that VCU turned the ball over 16 times and Richmond committed just 11 turnovers.

Vince Williams Jr. is leading VCU in scoring, rebounding and assists with averages of 13.5 points, 5.7 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game. Adrian Baldwin Jr is the second-leading scorer with an average of 11.2 points per game and is one of three players for VCU averaging double-figures in scoring. The Rams are scoring an average of 66.1 points per game while shooting 45.9% overall and 34.3% from 3-point territory. 

VCU will defeat Princeton in this opening-round matchup of the NIT, but the play here is UNDER. The UNDER has cashed in three of Princeton's last five and in three of VCU’s last four.
