The Oregon Ducks roll into day two of the PAC 12 tournament following a 14 point blowout win over Oregon State in round one period defensively. Oregon stifled Oregon State holding the Beavers to 44.4% shooting and forced 13 turnovers as the Ducks scored 43 points in each half to get the easy win.

Offensively Oregon used a balanced attack as Jacob Young led the team with 23 points on 10 of 19 shooting and Quincy Geurrier added 20 points in 36 minutes. Big man N’Faly Dante added 15 points and seven rebounds, while Eric Williams Jr. scored 14 points in 33 minutes as the 4th starter in double figures.

The Colorado Buffaloes will play their first conference tournament game Thursday night after finishing the season on fire riding a two game win streak after a 13 point win over Utah. Colorado beat Utah 84-71 to close the regular season after the Buffalo shot 58% from the floor and 60.9% from beyond the arc.

The Colorado offense has three players averaging double figures this season as Jabari Walker leads the team scoring 14.7 points per game to go along with a team high 9. 4 rebounds per game. Evan Battey is second on the team scoring 12.2 points per game and KJ Simpson chips in 7.3 points and a team high 2.3 assists.

The Colorado Buffaloes come into this game Thursday night playing the better basketball and will overwhelm a struggling Oregon team. Oregon is  without one of their best players and their season will come to an end Thursday night against a stout Colorado team.
