The North Dakota Fighting Hawks will limp into the Bramlage Coliseum on Sunday for a match up with the Kansas State Wildcats. North Dakota has been abysmal thus far this season heading into Sunday riding a 3 game losing streak following a nine point loss to Florida International. North Dakota struggle immensely on the offensive side of the ball converting only 34.4% of their shots to score a lackluster 56 total points.

North Dakota has struggled on the offensive side of the ball this year shooting a combined 40.8% from the floor and 35.6% from beyond the arc through the first six games. Caleb Nero leads the way with 13.3 points per game and a team high three assists. Mitchell Sueker Is second on the team in scoring with 11.3 points per game.

Wildcats are riding a 2 game losing streak following back to back eight point losses on Monday and Tuesday. Offensively Kansas State was atrocious against Illinois converting on only 38.5% of their shot at 28.6% from beyond the arc to score only 64 points despite only having four team turnovers.

Offensively Kansas State relied heavily on sophomore guard Nijel Pack who posted a team high 15 points on six of 14 shooting. Ismael Massoud Chipped in with 13 points and two rebounds as the only other starter in double figures, while Markquis Nowell added a team high 19 points in 25 minutes off the bench.

North Dakota has struggled through the first half of the season and will continue their struggles on Sunday against a Big 12 opponent despite being a part of the power five Kansas State has also struggled and will have issues against a hungry North Dakota team.
