New Mexico have really looked impressive on the year and unlike a lot of teams did not fade once the conference play started. The Lobos have ended up getting a 5-3record in the Mountain West. However, overall the Lobos have a 16-5 record. When it comes to their last game New Mexico picked up a 86-59 win over San Jose State.

The Lobos have been able to score at a clip of 80.3 points a game. The defense is why the offense has to score so much as the Lobos defense is giving up 74.5 points a game. The Lobos on the season have pulled down 36.5 rebounds a game, but have managed to get 15.8 assist per game.

This year the Wolf Pack have done decent, but still have not really pulled out from the rest of the pack. The Wolf Pack have ended up getting a 5-3 record in the Mountain West and the overall record for the Wolf Pack is sitting at the 12-8 mark. The last game on the court for the Wolf Pack ended up being an impressive 86-72 win over UNLV.

When it comes to the offense, the Wolf Pack have managed to score at a clip of 74.5 points per game. The defense for Nevada has allowed 71 points a game on the year. The Wolf Pack have ended up getting 37.3 boards a game, but have ended up with 14.6 assist a game on the year.

The Lobos are coming into the game here with a decent record and an offense that has been very difficult to stop on the year. Look for the Lobos to continue to play good in this game to keep the Wolf Pack offense in check in the game, but also be able to keep their offensive scoring at a high level in the game here.  Final Score Prediction, New Mexico Lobos win in upset 73-71.
