The No. 6 ranked Nevada Wolf Pack visit Dreamstyle Arena in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Saturday to play the New Mexico Lobos. Nevada improved to 14-0 on the season with 72-49 rout of Utah State. The Wolf Pack was led by Jordan Caroline with 15 points. The win matched a school record for consecutive wins to start the season.
New Mexico improved to 7-6 on the season following its 65-58 win over Air Force on Wednesday. the Lobos were led by Anthony Mathis with 17 points. Mathis hit each of four free throws during the final minute of play to hold off a late Falcons charge in the Mountain West opening game for the Lobos.
