The No. 22 ranked Mississippi State Bulldogs visit Coleman Coliseum in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on Tuesday to play the Alabama Crimson Tide. Mississippi State improved to 15-4 on the season following its 92-84 win over Auburn on Saturday. The Bulldogs were led in the win by Quinndary Weatherspoon with 27 points, while Lamar Peters scored 16 and handed out 10 assists.
Alabama fell to 12-7 on the season following its 73-68 loss to Baylor. Donta Hall scored 11 points, grabbed seven rebounds and blocked three shots in the loss for Alabama. The Tide beat Kentucky and Mississippi earlier this month and both are ranked in the top 25 and have now lost two straight to unranked teams.

Aric Holman leads the team in rebounds with an average of 7.6 per game, while Lamar Peters is the leader in assists with an average of 5.9 per game. Mississippi State is shooting 47.1% from the field and 37.3% from 3-point territory.
Kira Lewis Jr. leads the Crimson Tide in scoring with an average of 13.9 points per game. Donta Hall is the leading rebounder with an average of 8.9 rebounds per game.
