On Sunday, the Florida State Seminoles visit Watsco Center in Coral Gables, Florida to play the Miami Hurricanes. Miami dropped to 9-9 on the season following its 73-53 loss to Syracuse in its most recent outing. The Hurricanes trailed by just three points at the half, but were outscored by 17 after the break after Syracuse went on a 19-5 run to blow open the game. Dejan Vasiljevic led the Hurricanes with 11 points.
Mfiondu Kabengele is the leading scorer and second leading rebounder for Florida State with averages of 12.8 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. Terance Mann is the leader in rebounds with an average of 6.4 per game. Trent Forrest leads the Seminoles in assists with an average of 3.6 per game. Florida State is shooting 44.9% from the field and 32.3% from 3-point territory.
Chris Lykes leads the Hurricanes in scoring and assists with averages of 17.5 points and 3.6 assists per game. Ebuka Izundu leads Miami in rebounds with an average of 9.4 per game.
