Florida A&M vs Mississippi Valley State Picks and Prediction – 1/23/2024

The Florida A&M Rattlers stay on the road Monday with a game in Mississippi against Mississippi Valley State. Keith Lamar has led the way this season for the Rattlers averaging 14.1 points and 6.3 rebounds per game as the only player averaging double digits. Love Bettis chips in 9.7 points and Shannon Grant adds 9.2 points per game. Roderick Coffee III averages just 3.9 points and a team high 2.9 assists.

The Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils stay at home Monday as the worst team in the country. The Delta Devils have lost all 18 games played this season following a 16 point loss to Bethune Cookman in their last outing. Defensively the Delta Devils have been unable to stop anyone allowing 82.2 points per game this year. Offensively the Delta Devils have been even worse averaging just 51.8 points on an abysmal 37% shooting from the floor. 

Rayquan Brown does everything for Mississippi Valley State this season averaging a team high 16.6 points and 6.4 rebounds per game. Arecko Gibson chips in 8.7 points and Danny Washington is averaging 4.3 points per game. Donovan Sanders is second on the roster averaging 10.7 points is the only other player in double figures to go along with the team high 2.4 assists this year.
