The Eastern Kentucky Colonels will be on the road Sunday for a non conference match up against the Radford Highlanders. Eastern Kentucky is rolling through the first seven games of the season with a 5-2 record following a 3 point loss on the road to West Virginia. Offensively Eastern Kentucky played well against western Virginia converting on 49.1% of their shots to score 77 points in the game but 17 total turnovers fueled a 42 point second half for the West Virginia leading to the loss.

Jannson Williams had one of the best games of his career with a team high 22 points and seven rebounds in 25 minutes of action. Michael Moreno added twelve points on five of eight shooting as the only other starter in double figures, while Braxton Beverly chipped in 12 points in 29 minutes off the bench.

The Radford Highlanders Have struggled through the first six games of the year coming into Sunday with a 2-4 record following a 13 point win against William & Mary to end a four game skid. Rashun Williams carried the Highlanders to the win as the only starter in double figures with 13 points in 26 minutes of action.

The Radford offense has been atrocious through the first six games of the year converting only 38.5% of their shots to score an abysmal 56.5 points per game. Shaquan Jules Leave the team with nine points per game on 65.5% shooting as no one on the roster averages double figures.

Despite being on the road in this game Eastern Kentucky is the better team and will take advantage of the Radford struggles thus far this season. Look for the Eastern Kentucky offense to be too much down the stretch for the Highlanders as the Colonels close to their sixth win of the season. Final Score Prediction, Eastern Kentucky wins 81-60.
