Detroit at Wright State 2/6/20 - NCAA Basketball Picks & Predictions

The Detroit Mercy Titans visit Nutter Center in Dayton, Ohio on Thursday for a Horizon League showdown with the Wright State Raiders. Detroit Mercy fell to 6-17 overall and 4-6 in the Horizon League following its 77-64 loss to the Oakland Golden Grizzlies on Friday. Detroit is in eighth place in the Horizon League standings 4 ½  games behind first-place Wright State. 

Antoine Davis is the leading scorer and leader in assists for Detroit Mercy with averages of 23.4 points and 4.5 assists per game, while Chris Brandon is the leading rebounder with an average of 7.5 points per game. Justin Miller is the second-leading scorer with an average of 10.3 points per game and just one of two players for the Titans averaging double figures and scoring.

Wright State fell to 19-5 overall a 9-2 in the Horizon League following 92-89 loss to the Green Bay Phoenix on Sunday. Although the Raiders lost on Sunday, Wright State continues to lead the Horizon League by one game over Northern Kentucky. The Raiders had a four-game winning streak snapped in the loss but Wright State has won 12 of its last 14.

Loudon Love is the leading scorer and rebounder for Wright State with averages of 15.5 points and 10.1 rebounds per game, while Jaylon Hall is the leader in assists with an average of 3.2 per game. Bill Wampler is the second leading scorer for Wright State with an average of 14.7 points per game and one of four players for the Raiders averaging double figures in scoring.
