The Delaware State Hornets will open the MEAC tournament Wednesday afternoon against the Norfolk State Spartans in Norfolk, VA. The Norfolk State Spartans are the top team in the conference after finishing the year riding a three game win streak after a 22 point blowout win of Howard to close the season. Offensively Norfolk State dominated making 47.7% of their shots to score 83 points in the game including 44 in the second half.
