Connecticut at Xavier 11/22/19 - College Basketball Picks & Predictions

Xavier is heading into the game here after crushing the Towson team. While Towson did have a highly touted defense, it did not show up in the game. Instead the Xavier defense ended up showing up and kept the Towson team to 51 points while the Xavier offense came to life for 73 points.

The scoring for Xavier was led by Jason Carter who ended up getting a total of 13 points. Carter was helped out quite a bit in the game by Tyrique Jones who put in 12 points as did Bryce Moore with 12 points.  Jones was able to lead the Muskies in rebounding with 4 offensive and 8 defensive boards.

Connecticut is coming into the game here after letting their offense have a good game in the win over Buffalo. The Huskies ended up getting a win over Buffalo by a score of 79-68. The downside is the Bulls defense is not nearly as good as the Xavier defense.

Brendan Adams was able to come off the bench to get a total of 20 points in the game for UConn. The Huskies leading scorer from the starters was Christian Vital who managed to get in a total of 16 points. Vital and Josh Carlton managed to get a total of 10 boards each in the game.
