Cincinnati at Wichita State 2/6/20 - College Basketball Picks & Predictions

The Cincinnati Bearcats visit Charles Koch Arena in Wichita, Kansas on Thursday for an American Athletic Conference matchup with the Wichita State Shockers. Cincinnati improved 14-7 overall and 7-2 in the AAC following its 64-62 victory over the Houston Cougars on Saturday. In the victory over Houston, Keith Williams scored 12 points including 10 in the second half to help rally the Bearcats from a deficit of 15 points to beat the Cougars.

Jarron Cumberland is the leading scorer and leader in assists for Cincinnati with averages of 15.0 points and 4.3  assists per game, while Tre Scott is the leading rebounder with an average of 9.3 per game. The Bearcats have three players averaging double figures in  scoring. 

Wichita State fell to 17-4 overall and 5-3 in the AAC following its 54-51 loss to Tulsa on Saturday. The Shockers fell to fifth place in the AAC following the loss and are two games behind the first place Golden Hurricanes. The loss snapped a two-game winning streak for the Shockers and was the third loss in the last five games.

Eric Stevenson is the leading scorer for Wichita State with an average of 12.1 points per game, Trey Wade is the leading rebounder with an average of 6.1 per game and Jamarius Burton is the assists leader with an average of 3.4 per game. Wichita State has three players averaging double figures in scoring.

Points will be at a premium in this matchup between Cincinnati and Wichita State making the UNDER the play.
