The Pittsburgh Panthers limp into the conference tournament after finishing the regular season nine games below .500 after a four game losing streak. Pittsburgh lost their last game of the season by 24 points to Notre Dame after shooting only 35.9% from the floor and 11.5% from beyond the arc.
Mouhamadou Gueye and John Hugley carried the Pittsburgh offense as the only players in double figures with 13 points each. Jamarius Burton added six points and a team high 4 assists, while Nate Santos posted a team high seven points in 21 minutes off the bench.
