The Boise State Broncos visit the Matthew Knight Arena in Eugene, Oregon on Saturday to play the Oregon Ducks. The Broncos improved to 4-5 on the season following a 67-57 win over Alabama State on Wednesday. Justinian Jessup led the Broncos with 16 points, while Alex Hobbs scored 15 and RJ Williams chipped in with 12.
On Wednesday the Oregon Ducks improved to 6-3 on the season with a 65-55 win over San Diego. The Ducks were led by Bol Bol with 20 points and nine boards. Oregon’s defense played a huge role in the game as did its rebounding. Payton Pritchard scored 12 points and handed out seven assists for the Ducks.
Roderick Williams leads Boise State in scoring and rebounding with averages of 15.9 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. Two other players for the Broncos are averaging double figures in scoring. Justinian Jessup is the leader in assists with an average of 3.1 per game. Boise State is shooting 48.1% from the field and 34.6% from 3-point territory.
Bol Bol leads Oregon in scoring and rebounding averaging 21.0 points and 9.6 rebounds per game. Payton Pritchard is the second leading scorer and leader in assists with averages of 12.7 points and 5.1 assists per game. Oregon is shooting 47.1% from the field and 35.7% from 3-point territory.
