The Boise State Broncos visit Lawlor Events Center in Reno, Nevada on Saturday to play the No. 8 ranked Nevada Wolf Pack. The Broncos improved to 10-11 on the season following a 70-68 win over Colorado State. Justinian Jessup led the Broncos with 20 points and Boise State was able to hold off a late charge by the Rams to improve to 5-3 in Mountain West Conference play.
Nevada improved to 20-1 overall and 7-1 in MWC play after its 87-70 win over UNLV. The Wolf Pack were led by Caleb Martin who scored 26 points and pulled down six rebounds. Jordan Caroline chipped in with 18 points and 10 boards which is the 12th time Caroline has posted a double-double this season. Cody Martin scored 10 and handed out seven assists.
Justinian Jessup is the leader in scoring and leader in assists with averages of 12.9 points and 2.6 assists per game. The leading rebounder is Roderick Williams with an average of 5.3 per game. Boise State is shooting 46.5% from the field and 33.8% from 3-point territory.
Jordan Caroline is the leading scorer and leading rebounder with averages of 18.6 points and 9.7 rebounds per game. Cody Martin leads the Wolf Pack in assists with an average of 5.3 per game. Nevada is shooting 46.4% from the field and 33.3% from 3-point territory.
