Rebel Stakes 3/14/20 - Horses Racing Picks & Predictions
The Rebel Stakes takes place on Saturday afternoon. However, the race will be ran without fans in the stands, which could be problem for some horses who want to have the cheer of the crowd. With the 1 1/16 mile race, though, the dirt track will be the test for some of the horses. However, the field does feature Nadal who has a very famous trainer that a lot of people, even those who do not follow horse racing, will recognize in Bob Baffert.
Calumet Farm Excession running in the race here and he was trained by Steven M. Amussen. While Calumet Farm does have long odds, the trainer does have a couple of other horses that he helped to train and they are seen as a potential winner with Basin sitting on 3/1 odds, but the other horse that Amussen trained is Silver Prospector who has 7/2 odds. Overall, the racewill definitely be interesting to watch and see if the training from Amussen actually pays off or not.

The favorite is Nadal and with the great trainer to help guide the horse to condition it is very hard to bet against Nadal. Look for Nadal to jump out early in the race here. Granted, Nadal will have a couple of challenges from theAmussen trained horses, but Nadal is running great this year and that will continue in the Rebel Stakes. Rebel Stakes Winner, Nadal.
