Preakness Stakes 2020 - Horse Racing Picks & Predictions
The Preakness is going to run this weekend, but the way the race is setting out is definitely a lot different than what it used to have the feel for. However, the Preaness is still a premier race that can capture the heart and minds of a lot of the bettors as the race does have quite a bit of action and will definitely make it to one of the better races to watch this weekend.
Mr. Big News is one horse that has a chance to make some big news. He is coming into the race here sitting at 12-1 odds, but looked great in the Kentucky Derby as he finished in 3rd. Now, he has moved from the 40-1 odds that he had at the Derby up to a 12-1 odds and is one horse that could actually finish in the top 3 as well.
Art Collector is another horse that should be considered for the running. Art Collector has looked impressive coming into the race and has really shown up strong in the way that he has run in the races leading up to the Preakness. Not to mention Art Collector is coming to the race after fully healing from a recent leg injury. Now, the downside is Art Collector has not really ran since the injury in a race condition and while the trainers claim he is fully healed, but that could be questioned in the race here.

Authentic is the horse that took any threat of a Triple Crown winner. Authentic looked very strong in the Kentucky Derby, but also looked like a horse that has been able to continue to get stronger in the races here. Now, what is needed for the race here is the nicer weather that will be cool and that definitely should happen with the later start date of the Preakness this year and that keeps Authentic able to run at higher speeds longer.
