FanDuel Sportsbook and Horse Racing 4/23/22 - Horse Racing Picks & Predictions

After opening in the middle of the pandemic the FanDuel Sportsbook and Horse Racing is starting to host races on a regular basis. The track was first known as Fairmount Park and is actually 95 years old outside of the Chicago Metro area.

Race 1 is slated to start at 8:30 PM EST and is a 5 furlong race with a 23,000 dollar purse. The favorite is Wildwood Sicilian at 3/5 odd. However, with several favorites in this race a wheeled trifecta would be the best option. Race 1 Pick: Wildwood Sicilian, Wildwood Secret, and King Tito.

The second race is slated to start at 8:58 PM and is a 5 furlong run on dirt with a smaller 11,000 dollar purse. The favorite in the race here is Hidenseek Sally at 6/5 odds. Ruby Round Here is a little bit of a long shot at 6/1 odds, but the horse does have a good record in races and could come in running well here. Race 2 Pick: Ruby Round Here 6/1.

In the third race which starts at 9:26 PM and is another 5 furlong run on dirt with a 7,800 dollar purse. Thacker Fromm is the favorite at 5/2 odds. However, a horse that has a great name Hour Nap is the one that should bring home the win in this race here. Race 3 Pick: Hour Nap.

Tizrik is coming in as the favorite at 5/2 odds in race 4. Race 4 starts at 9:54 PM and is a 5 furlong run on dirt with a 13,000 dollar purse. The race has several horses that could pull out the win, but this looks like a great wheel trifecta result. Race 4 Pick: Wheeled Trifecta with Majestic Attack, Golden Lance, and Tizrik. 

Blazer Road is coming to the 5th race at 5/2 odds for the favorite. The 5th race takes place at 10:22 and is a 5 furlong dirt race for maidens and has a bigger 21,000 dollar purse. Inside the Circle finished 13/42 in the last workout which was a 4 furlong run on dirt. Race 5 Pick: Inside The Circle 7/2.

Race 6 has a post time of 10:50 PM and has a 13,000 dollar purse on a 5 furlong dirt run. Sacred Storm comes in as the favorite at 5/2 odds. However, this race is one that is packed with a lot of potential winners. Look for any of the horses to actually win the race as they are all running strong. Still look for Lipliner is coming in as a strong contender here and in the last workout was a 3 furlong run and finished 2/20. Race 6 Pick: Lipliner 7/2.

In the 7th race it is a post time of 11:18 PM and is a 5 furlong race on dirt with a 7,800 dollar purse. The favorite is Heart of Reason at 9/5 odds. Bulu is coming here after finishing 6/16 in the last workout which was a 3 furlong run. Race 7 Pick: Bulu 5/1.
