2020 Florida Derby - Saturday 3/28/20 - Horse Racing Picks, Odds, & Betting Predictions
The Florida Derby is coming up soon and definitely is one race that will catch the eyes of a lot of the contenders for the Kentucky Derby. However, the Florida Derby is one that is filled with quite a few contenders and definitely will make for a great race based off the previous results. Most of the horses in the race are super fast and one of the favorites is Tiz The Law.
Tiz the Law ran his first race last month in a Grade 3 contest, the Holy Bull Stakes. However, the win was so easy that the books could be slanting the race to Tiz the Law as he did have such a strong win. Granted, some the horses that are running in the Florida Derby are quite a bit stronger, but also have a proven track record of being ultra competitive at the same time.
Candy Tycoon and As Seen On TV are another pair of horses that could definitely threaten for the win here as well. Both of these horses finished in 2nd and 3rd respectively in the Grade 2 Fountain of Youth Stakes. Granted, the competition was not nearly as fierce in the race and they were still beaten by Ete Indien, but still it was a very close race.
Ete Indien is another favorite to win the Florida Derby. Ete Indien is one of the horses that was ultra competitive and in the Grade 2 Fountain of Youth Stakes What is really interesting is the fact that Ete Indien is going to face off against a couple of the opponents that he had to outrace in the Grade 2 again and that will definitely make it a challenging race.
