Will the Division 2 race be caught by another Bob Baffert product? That is the question as Baffert has another odds on favorite to win the second division as well. That could definitely be a challenge that Nadal will have to live up to. Nadal has been a great runner on the year and really has come under his own from the training that he has ended up getting from Bob Baffert.
Juan Carlos Avila is the next trainer that has been able to do great for his horse as he has King Guillermo poised to run at 3/1 odds. Even then, the race will prove to be quite a stretch as this would only be his 5th race in his young career. In his 4 starts already he has won 2 times and shown once. Then he did not even place or show in his other race and that could be a stretch for the younger and inexperienced horse.
Wells Bayou is another horse that has been gaining quite a bit of favor in the second division of the Arkansas Derby. The trainer for the Wells Bayou is Brad Cox and he has been impressive in some of the training that he has done in the past. For Wells Bayou this will be his 6th race and in the previous 5 races he has won 3 and placed in 1 of the races.
