2020 Masters - PGA Picks, Odds & Betting Predictions

Last Updated: 11/09/2020 at 11:22 AM ET

The final Major of 2020 tees off this Thursday at Augusta National Golf Club as the Masters will be played in November rather than April, due to the coronavirus pandemic. A field of 94 golfers from around the world will tee off in Thursday’s opening round in quest of a green jacket and the season’s final major. No spectators will be in attendance, but all four rounds from start to finish will be televised on ESPN Thursday and Friday and CBS on Saturday and Sunday,

All the top names in golf are teeing off in the final major including Dustin Johnson, Tiger Woods, Rory McIroy, Jon Rahm, Bryson DeChambeau, Patrick Reed, Webb Simpson and many others. Dustin Johnson is one of the hottest golfers in the world having finished tied for sixth or better in each of his last five events and was runner-up last year at Augusta National. The defending champion is Tiger Woods but Woods has not played well over the last two months. Bryson DeChambeau is the favorite at +800 following his victory in the U.S. Open.

Augusta National is a 7,475-yard par 72. Fairways at Augusta National are Bermuda grass while the greens are bentgrass allowing for a smooth roll and a much quicker putting surface. Five of the holes on the course have water in play. If the weather does not cooperate, the swirling winds can cause problems from the tee box and the fairway. The undulating fairways and downhill lies can create difficult shots for the entire field.
