FunSpark ULTI Europe Finals 2021 Round 2 4/23/21 - eSports Picks & Predictions

Today is FunSpark ULTI Europe Finals 2021 Round 2 in the Lower Bracket! These games will lead up to the lower bracket final. These are elimination matches. 

Dignitas vs HAVU, HAVU -185

First matchup of the day is Dignitas vs HAVU. Dignitas is coming off a loss in the upper bracket 2-0 against Extra Salt. In this matchup Dignitas looked like they had bad communication and we overall outsmarted and outplayed. Dignitas is still working on chemistry with their next star HEAP who was picked up fairly recently. This should only be a hiccup in Dignitas path through this tournament. HEAP struggled in the game against ES and if he can come back to the server and make an impact this should be a competitive series. Now looking at HAVU, they are coming off a 2-1 win against VP. VP has been struggling as of late and needs to work out some stuff. This doesn't take away from HAVU’s win. They looked really solid in the series only having trouble on Inferno where they lost 16-8. xseveN and ZOREE topped the scoreboard with a 1.26 and 1.10 rating throughout the series. Looking at this game I am going the Dignitas way. Overall they have looked the better team lately and getting them at plus money is even better.

BIG vs Complexity, Complexity -189

Second matchup of the day is BIG vs Complexity. BIG is coming off a much needed win against a struggling EG team yesterday 2-0. Although the win did not come easily, BIG has to come from behind in both maps erasing a 5 round deficit or more each time. BIG got good games from tabseN and syrsoN today with ratings of 1.28 and 1.26. In order for BIG to have a chance at CoL they will need more production for XANTARES who has been at the bottom of the scoreboard each of the first 2 games. On the other side, we get Complexity. Complexity is coming off a 2-1 loss to ForZe in which they should have won. K0nfig had a huge game against ForZe but the rest of the team did not help him out. More production will be needed from blameF and poizon will be needed to get this game across the finishing line this time. As for this series, I see it as a competitive 3 map series. These teams have had a past of back and forth series.
