Roughriders vs Lions Picks and Prediction – 7/13/2024

The Saskatchewan Roughriders will be on the road this week for a matchup against the BC Lions. AJ Oulette led the way on the ground for Saskatchewan with 67 yards on 18 carries. Samuel Emilus boasted a team leading 54 yards and one score on three catches.

The BC Lions return home this week with just one loss on the year currently sitting in second place in the west following a 16 point victory against Hamilton a week ago. The BC offense rolled pouring in 44 points on 482 total yards. Defensively BC was the better team allowing just 28 points in the game.

Vernon Adams Jr carried the load for BC completing 26 of 36 passes for 383 yards and four scores. William Stanback compiled 82 yards and one score on 14 carries to lead the team. Justin McInnis led the team with 10 catches for 144 yards and two scores. Alexander Hollins and William Stanback combined 4 180 yards on 11 catches to go with one touchdown apiece.
