Roughriders at Blue Bombers 9/7/19 - CFL Picks & Predictions

The Roughriders are going to face the Blue Bombers again this week. Last week actually ended up being a lot closer of a game than what a lot of people thought it would. The game was one that saw the Roughriders have to hold off a late charge as they led the game most of the time, but the Blue Bombers tried to come back with a touchdown in the 4th quarter. However, the Roughriders were able to top the game off with a 19-17 win.

The Roughriders in the game were led by Cody Fajardo who threw for 300 yards and a touchdown. The downside is Fajardo did throw 2 picks in the game. William Powell was the leading rusher for the Roughriders with 8 carries for 59 yards.

Offensively the Blue Bombers were led in the passing game by Chris Streveler. He did not do that well with 161 yards, but he had a touchdown. Sadly, he did throw a couple of picks in the game as well. The rushing attack was led by Johnny Augustine with 12 carries for 98 yards in the game.
