The Ottawa Redblacks will be on the road this week with the game in Edmonton against the Elks. Dustin Crum took most of the snaps for Ottawa completing 11 passes for 102 yards. Dru Brown completed two passes for 24 yards as well. Ryquell Armstead led the way on the ground for the red backs of the 103 yards and one score on 17 carries. Justin Hardy was the top receiver with 43 yards on three catches.

The Edmonton Elks are one of the worst teams in the CFL currently sitting in last place in the west winless through four games overall after a three-point loss to BC two weeks ago. The Edmonton offense did produce well against BC scoring 21 points on 337 yards but turned the ball over three times in the loss. Defensively Edmonton was obliterated giving up 24 points in more than 400 yards of offense.

Michael Bethel-Thompson has led Edmonton this season with 1225 yards and seven scores on 108 completions. Kevin Brown has proved to be the top ball carrier for Edmonton on the year with 140 yards on 31 carries through four games. Dakota Prukup has been the most productive ball carrier for Edmonton with 19 yards and four scores on only 13 carries. Dillon Mitchell has been the top target in the Edmonton offense this season with 355 yards and one score on 21 grabs.
