The BC Lions are a team that really has to find some way to score offensively. The Lions were only able to score a total of 6 points in the last game against the Eskimos. However, what else the Lions did was really struggle on the field defensively as they looked like they were being completely rolled up and unable to contain the Eskimos.
Mike Reilly was struggling from his quarterback position for the Lions with only 157 yards, but he had a pick as well. John White was the lone rusher for the Lions in the game and he did not do good at all with 11 carries for only 53 yards in the game. The Roughriders did have a bye week and it is definitely going to be something the Roughriders should have been able to build upon. Thankfully for the Roughriders they are facing the Lions who are a weak team as well and that will definitely help them out quite a bit. The downside is the Roughriders offense is horrible on the year.
