O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 7/19/20 - NASCAR Picks & Predictions

Texas Motor Speedway is a great track for the NASCAR drivers they tend to build up more speed, but also have great drafting chances. Now, the key thing is the track may give more credit to the veterans in the race here as they are experienced in the track and how it handles and that will definitely help them out here compared to the rookies.

Kevin Harvick is the driver who actually is coming in as the highest favored driver for the race at a +275. Now, the thing is in the past 5 years in the spring races, Harvick has not been able to finish better than 2nd place and that could make it hard to see him picking up the win.

Kyle Busch is another driver that is favored in the race here. However, in the last 6 races he has ran at Texas he has not managed to do well in the top 5 outside of winning the race 2 years ago.

Free Auto Racing Pick:

Jimmie Johnson +2800

Jimmie Johnson is the driver that we are picking to bring home the win in the race here. He has managed to perform really well at the track in the past, but recently has had a lot of struggles on the track. Personally, I look for Johnson to show up with his older driver career that he had at Texas when he was younger and that was smart and cautious driver that allowed him to lock down the win, which is what he gets here. O’Reilly Auto Parts 500 Winner Prediction, Jimmie Johnson.
