Denver Broncos at Seattle Seahawks 8/17/13 - Free Picks, Odds, Trends, & NFL Predictions
NFL: 10:00 PM EST August 17, 2013 TV: n/a
This Saturday, August 17, 2013, the Denver Broncos will travel to Seattle to take on the Seattle Seahawks.
The Denver Broncos are coming off of an impressive season in which Peyton Manning threw for 4,659 yards and 37 touchdowns. In Manning's first season with the Broncos, and after missing and entire season with a neck injury, Manning looked as if he had never been away from the game, and that he had played with the Broncos for years. Manning proved that it’s not the organization or the system; he is simply that good.
The Broncos running game is questionable as they cut veteran Willis McGahee to go with young Hillman, Ball, & Moreno. The question is can one or the group of these 3 Denver Running Backs give Manning the running threat they need.
Seattle surprised a lot of people last year with first year starter Russell Wilson. Wilson was a part of a set of young quarterbacks that were out to prove that you can come into the league ready to play. Wilson has a high football IQ and he is extremely poised under pressure. His ability to improvise, and his innate ability to know when to do it, makes Wilson extremely dangerous.
With Lynch in the backfield and a hard hitting and nasty defense, the Seahawks will give the 49ers all they can handle in the NFC West.

Manning will not play much as Broncos can't risk injury to his fragile neck. On the other side Seahwawks are so young and will play 1st and 2nd unit for the entire 1st half. Look for this one to be early as the 12th man of Seattle gets glimpse of what they saw in 2012. Final Score Prediction, Seattle Seahawks win 26-13.
